All products sold by Annihilator Customs Inc. are sold as-is, unless the product is covered under warranty. Actual product may look slightly different from the images. All products sold or distributed by Annihilator Customs Inc. are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Any items that are claimed under warranty can be sent back if the reason falls under what the limited warranty covers for the particular product. Any products shipped back must be shipped and paid for by the buyer, and must include a prior authorization number (RMA).
All orders must be prepaid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard), cashiers check, money order, or PayPal. No COD in any form will be allowed. Company checks are accepted upon Annihilator Customs Inc. wholesale approval application. Prepayment made by regular company check will be held until it clears before merchandise can be shipped. International shipments must be prepaid in US dollars. Returned checks will be charged with a $55.00 returned check fee (each time).
Annihilator Customs Inc. packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier, therefore all damage claims must be made by the purchaser directly to the carrier. All products shipped by Annihilator Customs, Inc. are insured for their full value. In case of damage retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. Always remember to personally inspect all packages prior to signing acceptance of shipment. Failure to do so can hold you liable for damages. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, do not accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) to the freight driver and have the driver sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 hours after receipt of shipment. After inspecting the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair costs or replacement value of the damaged goods. Replacement value is not negotiable; it is the amount that you paid for. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount that can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement. All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Annihilator Customs Inc. under no circumstance shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
We try our best to maintain a good stocking level of all parts we carry. However, if we run out on an item, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will ship your order as soon as possible. Varying on product production, back orders may take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks. If you would like to cancel your back order, there will be a 25% cancellation fee. We always attempt to ship orders the next business day. If your product is not on backorder, allow 72 business hours to process your order. Orders which are eligible shall then be given a tracking number once package has been picked up by a carrier. Special order(s) take 10-15 business days at the least. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and returns. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Buyer understands that all body kits are sold "as is" with no implied warranty. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the products purchased from Annihilator Customs Inc. All products sold and manufactured by Annihilator Customs Inc. are considered aftermarket in most states. The buyer understands that some of the products we offer are intended for off-road use only. It is recommended that you check with your local state laws before you order any products to see if they are legal for highway use in your area. Buyer fully understands that because of strict State Safety and U.S. federal guidelines, Annihilator Customs Inc, is not responsible or liable for any damages and or possible injury incurred upon possible accident due to driver error, bad judgment or incorrect installation. All aerodynamics kits are manufactured with 100% fiberglass, plastic, poly-urethane, carbon-fiber, or a combination. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. Buyer fully understands that all fiberglass & carbon fiber hoods or hoods made of similar lightweight materials are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied, due to the fact that all hoods are made of 100% fiberglass or a combination of fiberglass and carbon fiber. Buyer is responsible for all fees concerning installation of the products purchased directly from Annihilator Customs Inc. Not all carbon hoods sold by Annihilator Customs Inc. are perfect and may have minor scratches on the surface that might be able to be buffed out. Please keep in mind that there is no perfect fitment like the OEM for all aftermarket parts. Annihilator Customs Inc. are not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, bad judgment (cracking or breaking your hood) or act of nature. All aftermarket lightweight racing hoods are intended and recommended only for off-highway and show only! Buyer understands that all hoods are lightweight aftermarket hoods and that these hoods have no OEM specifications whatsoever. Most hoods come with stock latch. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase hood pins for safety reasons on all aftermarket lightweight racing hoods. You may purchase hood pins via our store. We strongly recommend all customers only have a highly skilled professional body shop and technician install and paint any hoods or body kits (that require paint) for factory or show quality look. Not all body shops charge the same prices, or have the same quality of work performed. If any body kit and or hood arrives damaged or cracked bad enough which it cannot be repaired, you must contact Annihilator Customs Inc. immediately in order for claim to be processed and approved. Seller does engage in selling after-market items and buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Seller is not held accountable for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts. All engines, exhausts, intakes and other performance modification parts might be legal in most states for off-road use only.
All electronic and internet orders placed through this site could take up to 72 business hours to process through. This will affect ground and air shipments. We strive to process your order as expediently as possible, and most orders are processed the next business day, after we receive the electronic transmission, but due to the technical nature of online order processing, sometimes the electronic transmission takes up to 72 hours to transmit. Annihilator Customs Inc. is not responsible for delays in ground shipping by the freight carrier that we might choose to use. We do not guarantee arrival dates despite a confirmed tracking number. All issues regarding delays or re-scheduled arrival dates are to be taken up with the carrier.
Seller shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of forces of nature, labor dispute, supplies of material shortage; acts of local state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of sellers business.
