Comes with black housing clear lens with fog lights
Headlights do not come with bulbs (h4 for high/low, h3 for fog, 7057 for turn signal, t10 (194) for city light), just replace it with factory bulbs
All wiring for the headlights are pre-assembled for the essential plug & play application
