Store Policies

Annihilator Customs offers the following Returns Policy: If you received your product and you are not 100% satisfied, simply repackage the product in its original packaging and condition, and return the product along with the receipt within 5 days after you receive it and we will give you a full refund of the product price. Prior arrangements must be made with a sales rep. No receipt, no refund.**

Any opened or used items shall be inspected prior to issuing a refund. Any modified products (painted, fiberglassed etc.) shall not be eligible for a return or refund.

Some of the products we provide are for off-road use only. Please check with your local police department for laws governing your area. We may not be able to state on all products which ones are legal and which ones are not. Please contact us before purchasing to confirm. Most Lighting products offered shall be DOT/SAE labeled.

Some BodyKit components require the removal or modification of bumper reinforcement bars. Although this MAY effect your vehicles structural components, the correct bodyshop such as Annihilator Customs shall be able to coordinate this process with you and explain how your vehicle might be effected.

All products come with a limited manufacturer warranty. The warranty does not cover shipping damages, but most definitely guarantees low prices, and customer satisfaction. Once the products have been altered in any way, the warranty is voided.

Due to the nature of fiberglass, we do not guarantee fitment. All our products are made to the closest OEM standards possible, but since a majority of them are hand made; minor differences can occur. Also with the vast possibilities of why products do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to guarantee perfect fitment. We do however, guarantee satisfaction on our products, so for any reason you are not satisfied by what you ordered, simply return it, and we will refund you the product price in full. Our in-store policy is simple...we sold it to you, we have been given the first right to install it, we will guarantee fitment no matter what!

**Refunds are on the product prices only. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Our BodyKit products may ship as ground truck freight due to the oversize of the items. In this case a tracking number shall be provided when the item has left our warehouse. These tracking numbers shall provide you with an estimated time of arrival to the destination. If your product is shipping to a residence, please have sufficient access for our drivers to get through and unload your package.

All packages MUST be checked for damages prior to signing any bill of lading, or e-notepad. Failure to do so may result in you having accepted a damaged product, of which you are now liable to ship back to us.

Layaway Options:

If the total value of the products; plus shipping/handling, and tax equals to $500 or more, you have the option of putting your products on layaway for 3 months no interest, no fees, with a 10% deposit that is non-refundable. If not paid within time allowed a 5% weekly charge will occur.

If the total value of the products; plus shipping/handling, and tax equals to $500 or less, you have the option of putting your products on layaway for 6 months no interest, no fees, with a 10% deposit that is non-refundable. If not paid within time allowed a 5% weekly charge will occur.

Whichever option works best for you; there is not minimum weekly payment necessary. You just need to keep in touch with us every month. The 5% interest charge applies to remaining balance only. The 10% initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE because we use deposits to down pay our vendors, this is to lock-in prices and ensure inflation costs are not accrued. Any payments made during your layaway shall be refunded with the best method possible. Please keep in mind we do not make calls to customers with products on layaway as a reminder that payment is necessary. It is solely your responsibility to make sure you are current.
